Grillin like a Villian Yes, that be my new grill. And yes, I have crossed over into a new realm of cooking. At heart, and by strength, I am a kitchen guy. But hey, sometimes kitchen guys need a little air. :)
So what lucky menu items broke in the hunk of metal?
1. Tri-tip from Trader Joes. We seasoned it with a dry rub from my trusty Costco cook book.

2. Seasoned Yellow-Tail cooked on Cedar plank. Dude does that sucker smoke! And it smell gooooooooood.
3. Blackened King Salmon from Pike Place Fish Market (straight from Seattle, WA). We can taste why the place is so popular.
Grilling is a tricky thing. I realize that there will be some trial and error with getting the right texture and medium-rareness that is OH-SO-GOOD!
Wait...shhh...did you hear that?...I think i heard...could it be?....I think it is:
FIRE IT UP MONKYFRIES!!!
Added Bonus: I checked on sears.com and my grill is further discounted by $70! So I go to the store I purchased from, and sure enough, they have the price guarantee program! Sweet! I get my card credited back $75 (w/ tax), and that brings my savings on the grill to a total of $150!
