2 pair of Hsu's comin to town!

Woohoo! My family's coming from NorCal. They will staying over for a couple days and coming to Easter service this coming weekend.

Then I'll be joining them in sunny San Diego (yeah more sunny than Orange County-beleeedat home-skillet!) for a couple days to spend some very missed quality time with them and the kids. Zachy (almost 6) and Hannah (4) grow up every time I see them. I'll be playing with them at Legoland - a first time for all of us.

Legos rock!!!

And as if the timing couldn't be better, last Friday, I went to In-N-Out with my co-worker for lunch. The place was crowded, and I asked a gentleman, sitting by himself at a 4-seat table if we could join him and sit next to him. "Sure, please", he said while whoffing his Double-Double. He first asked for directions, and then a conversation ensued about what we each did. This fellow, Chin, is the owner of a chain of successful Chinese Szechwan Cuisine restuarants, 11 locations within the San Diego County area. He had stopped for lunch, on his way back home from a business trip to Waikiki, where he just opened his 12th restaurant. He was very gracious and easy to speak with. Reminded me of one of my uncles. He wrote some special dishes
on my In-N-Out receipt to try when we go.

To make a short story short, this dude will hook us up!!! Not with free food, but LARGE portions. Dinner on me! We are absolutely going eat at one of his restaurants. Chin said, "if you have any problems, have them page me."

YOU DARN RIGHT WE WILL!
