After a long 3 weeks of sweet and sour sauce communication with the big 3 (Lender, Builder, Title/Escrow company), my sister and I are almost golden! More details to follow. (Note to self: talk about Christmas and holidays...Woo, this is your blog for God sakes!!).
(from time to time I talk to myself; my traveling companion I call "Woo" who is me, but outside of me talking to me. Ok, nevermind, you all get the picture. I so excited, I made over 20 errrorss typing this one sentnence...can yuo tell?).
