Home Sweet Townhome

I need to write about something fun. I need to loosen up. No talk about work for week--unless I really need to vent. Time to talk about the new pad!

Its funny how the days seem to get longer, the closer it gets to completion. "FINISH THE HOUSE ALREADY!" I say in my mind. I don't want to get ahead of myself, but pretty soon it will be time to PARTAY!!. I really do hope I can make a home out of it, and place for people to fellowship in, just like my cousins do with their home. I'm always thankful they make fellowship important, and do it well. I'm also thankful to Edmond for showing me hospitality x 10; he is a great friend.

So here are the early pics of what my hard work will earn me.

(Top) Cabinet, carpet, counter top and Entry Tile; (Bottom) Inset for middle of living room, tile, and hardwood flooring. Tried to go earth-tonish. Hope it's not too much brown! Need to think of wall colors. Any ideas?

Well, I meet some of the neighbors tomorrow at a special luncheon/orientation. Lets see who I have to compete with for parking spaces! hahaa.
